Easy to install and required no modification to the firearm. Does take some breaking in which is easily done by adding some gun grease and reasonable amount of dry firing. Also, it increased the pull weight by less than half a pound according to my digital trigger gauge but you don't notice it because the improved trigger feel. It much reduces the mushy feel/stacking of the OEM Glock trigger. The flat trigger and natural finger placement is also a plus. It also is a very safe trigger (barring other firearm modifications) which is important if you use this as a sidearm. I think there are better options for a purely competition trigger but Agency Arms rightly says this is a combat/carry trigger where it excel.

This trigger feels great. Compared to the standard Glock trigger, I have much better placement and pull with this trigger. Although I did have to lightly sand down the sides a bit to make it fit properly, it turned out to be an excellent addition to my Glock 45 MOS.

So this trigger is all the enhancement you need. I really like a solid flat face trigger, much like a Sig SRT. So this trigger gives a flat pull and minimal take up. BUT YOU HAVE TO WEAR IT IN. Minimal break in of 500 rounds and then a clean to get the REAL finished product. I made the mistake of fancy-ing up my glide and frame with shiney garbage just to return to stock tolerances with this trigger bar and got what I wanted the whole time.

I’ve been running these for about 5 years now, and if you like the feel of a flat trigger without the expense of some of the others, this is perfect. I still have the first one I ever bought and it still runs like it did when I first installed it.

I saw the not-so-great reviews about the Agency Arms Syndicate Glock drop in trigger but tried it anyway. This thing is terrible. They should pay you to use it! I mean the gun did fire so it worked but DAM! it was terrible! Gritty, dragging like and squishy. I have felt better triggers on water pistols than this.
