I had a stock trigger in my Bushmaster AR. I was at the range with a friend of mine and he let me shoot his custom AR with the AR Gold trigger. Wow, it was night and day. My stock trigger was gritty and heavy. I had no idea what it was like to shoot with a high-end trigger. The AR Gold is butter smooth and as crisp as an Alaskan winter morning. What a difference it made in my grouping and shooting ability. Since that day at the range, I have shot multiple rifles with two stage triggers and this is the best two stage you can own IMO. I replaced my factory trigger immediately with this one and have used them on all of my builds. I will never buy any other brand of trigger. These truly set the standard for a great trigger. I do not compete in competitions; I only shoot for pleasure and to hunt. If you want a two stage trigger that is right out of the box perfection, then this is the trigger for you, me, and all of humanity. Buy this, it's freaking fabulous.

This is in my opinion the best ar trigger for AR builds. Fit and finish is 10/10. I would highly recommend this to anyone who is interested in this. Super crisp and fast to shoot. Optic’s planet always has the best prices and items in stock

The installation was easy and trigger worked flawless. The trigger removes take-up slack , when pulling the trigger it is almost as smooth as a target pistol Trigger.. I believe this will make the rifle more accurate

Installed in a DPMS AR10. easy to install took a few minutes. fired a variety of ammo, wolf Hard primer trash, German, Lithuania , African Mill surplus, and quality Hornady Match, Rem, Lake city ammo. All fired perfectly !!!!. Trigger broke in around 30 rds, at which point it was like butter smooth. perfect for precision, I can see this being too light for combat use unless your always on and off the safety while moving, its 3LBS where 4.5-5 lbs is better in that application for AR type. But lets be real, your probably not using full auto so this is fine. I prefer the 3-3.5 LBS in a 7.62×51 long range rifle. I hated the factory trigger. This trigger alone took groups into a sub 1" range from the 2-3" (100yrd)best I could get before. If you want accurate, fast, and a reliable trigger that will fire anything with that perfect snap this is the one.

Very nice trigger, super crisp break, measured the break at 3.25 pounds. very smooth. My only Con, is that I was expecting a shinier gold, gold plated, it's not, its a dull gold color…so I was a little bummed, pictures on the interwebs (on some sites) were shinier…but picture quality can be fickle. All in all, it's a good buy.

I won’t disagree with all the positive comments. It’s a great trigger. Right out of the box I had a lot of gritty stacking in the trigger pull. It was so rough you could actually hear it while slowly pulling the trigger. I found the “gold” coating on the adjustable trigger weight spring plunger to be the culprit. I removed it and polished all the gold coating off the shaft and head of the plunger and that took care of the problem. If I wasn’t someone who routinely polishes small gun parts, I would have returned it. They need to skip the flashy coating on critical parts that need to be mirror smooth. Cost a star in my review. A premium priced trigger should be well tuned and not sprayed with fancy colors if form hurts function.
