Since getting into the obsession of building AR's, I have used only triggers from another big drop in trigger manufacturer and have been mostly happy. There are a couple of things I disliked though and I have seen and read a lot about the CMC triggers, so decided to give them a shot on my most recent build. Man am I glad I did. This thing just works, and works well. It has a solid wall, crisp break, and a nice reset. It is at least as good as the other drop-in triggers I have used AND comes with anti-walk pins, so I don't have to spend extra on those. If you are on the fence, got off it and try this trigger, you will be happy you did.

I have installed and used a few different brand drop in triggers, thought my rise arms was great until it stopped resettimg! So I purchased the CMC single stage drop in. Wanted to wait before doing this review, let me get some use on the trigger to see how well it performs. I noticed a simple install compared to other drop in triggers, no bottom set screws to mess with, and the trigger seems to pull with more defined point of action right at a constant feel. The trigger unit housing has nothing good looking to it, but I did not buy this trigger for the housing to be fancy. I will buy the CMC trigger again if I need another decent trigger replacement.

Awesome trigger, especially for the price. Nice and light. No takeup, it’s just there as soon as you pull with a nice, short, audible reset. The flat face design adds style to your AR. The screw down anti-walk pins make it fit nice and snug. Installation was a breeze. There’s nothing better out there at this price point.

Absolutely love this trigger so far. After a few trips to the range it seems to be functioning flawlessly. It is truly a drop in trigger. Less than ten minutes to install. What an improvement over the stock trigger on my S&W 15. The trigger seems well built.

I've put this trigger into several of my builds in 556, 300blk, and 762×39. All of them function perfectly, have an excellent crisp pull and crisp, tactile, reliable reset. I appreciate the various colors they come in, as now I've managed to get pink, red, blue, copper, fde, and of course black. Simple install, comes with nice anti-walk pins.
