It is expensive, but not overpriced in my opinion. This is not just a lighter, crisper trigger for the AR-15, but addresses one of the biggest disadvantages an AR has in precision shooting, the lock time. The less time it takes for the released hammer to hit the firing pin, the less negative effect will be seen from imperfect trigger manipulation. Add in the excellent build quality (USA) and fact that it comes with three different sets of springs as well as being adjustable for just about anything you would care to adjust on a trigger, I would say it's worth it if you can afford it. I would recommend anyone looking at this trigger to go on YouTube and look up Bill Geissele. He has a video where he goes over his triggers and what he did to improve the designs.

The Geissele Nat Match trigger is well made from quality parts in the US.Is fully adjustable and comes with a lifetime warranty from Geissele.Leaves nothing to be desired.I use it for precision Benchrest out to 600 yards.1.5 lb 1st stage.1 lb second stage.Breaks like glass,best AR trigger I have ever owned.I will eventually get one for all my precision AR.

Have two of these triggers and happy with the installation and performance. Great for target shooting. Geissele has videos on Utube to make the installation go smooth, tips about trigger pull and applications. Feel that these triggers are the best, highly recommend!

I have used several different triggers in my service rifle not wanting to pay for what I though was a high price for this trigger. BUT NOW THAT I HAVE PAOD THE PRICE I now know why it’s worth every penny of it. Nothing I’ve tried adjusted so well so easy and put the weight on the part of the pull like I like as this trigger did. Don’t buy anything else it’s a waste of your time and money. BUY THIS TRIGGER AND NEVER LOOK BACK

Recently I was outfitting three AR-15s. I purchased a SSA, SSA-E and National Match, all from Geissele.This review is probably pretty superfluous. The triggers are superior, each one, they just vary in function for my use and the weapons they were placed on. The SSA will go on the Seekins 16", the SSA-E on the BCM 16" and the National Match on the Knights Armament 18". Here in CA, we are under a time constraint and weapon size. 16" is as short as you go on barrel, 26" overall. So the trigger purchase was in part a switch from single stage to two stage, in part poundage pull and in large part that Geissele makes superior triggers.Optics Planet had decent prices, good customer service, they ship fast enough and I've just never had an issue. So they got the business.
