TI had to take material out of the underside of the hammer and polish it to operate.I also had to mill material out of the receiver for the trigger to fit. I am using safety parts from KE Arms and it is very smooth. Countless people ask me where is the third hole, so I laugh and open the top.

This trigger performs great but I had to take material out of the underside of the hammer for it to operate with the cam springs installed. I also had to mill material out of the receiver for the trigger to fit due to the design of the trigger. With the red springs it operated fine but I had my sights set on the lightest pull I could get and the green springs locked it up so bad I had to take out the trigger pins and wrestle the spring retainer loose from the hooks. By the time I milled the lower out, ground, and polished the trigger- Dang. This trigger is wild smooth and soft. Maybe a hair of creep and the hammer falls hard every time. I plan on using this lower across multiple calibers and that may mean using shitty steel case surplus ammo and I know I'll never have to worry about ignition with this trigger. Overall. Very happy.

This trigger requires that the trigger pocket be milled out beyond that of a normal, civilian AR-15 or AR-10. Full-auto trigger pockets like the M4A1 or M16A3 have additional material milled out at the rear of the pocket, and this trigger dimensionally requires that added space. The trigger cannot be assembled inside the pocket without it. As of posting, the manufacturer has nothing in writing stating that the trigger cannot be used with a standard AR-15/AR-10 trigger pocket, but they confirmed that it cannot over the phone. It's too easy to publish this information for everyone to see prior to buying, so why Hipertouch hasn't done this is beyond me. It's not inconceivable that some manufacturer could make a trigger group that facilitates fully-automatic firing WITHOUT needing the additional space in the trigger pocket. This is an assumption on their part, and a fairly short-sighted one at that.P.S. The M4A1 is a select-fire, fully automatic weapon. The original M4 is NOT. Hipertouch should note that their customers may or may not have extensive military experience, and likewise, a generous amount of exposure to a number of different military weapon platforms.
