This trigger is a dream compared to the stock one. Prefect fit and function makes it easy to shot accurately. Thank you so much for carrying a such a wonderful product. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to upgrade their rifle.

Bought the JARD trigger to replace the factory A22 Accutrigger that Savage provides with the A22 (the factory Accutrigger was terrible and had excessive drag/creep and horribly inconsistent break). Upon initial inspection of the JARD I was impressed with the construction which utilizes a machined aluminum body (Savage is flimsy polymer). The spring mechanism on the JARD is quite different than the Savage and trigger pull weight is preset by JARD on the assembly. I purchased the 2 1/2 lb trigger. I checked the JARD trigger release and reset before installing and placed a small amount of lube at mechanism pivot points (pins) to make sure everything was moving smoothly and hammer was resetting cleanly and then installed. Installation was snug into the A22 but went quick and easy to swap out the Savage and install the JARD. This trigger was a total game changer for the A22 and produced results that I had hoped the rifle would be capable of. The JARD trigger enabled tight 10x groups consistently anywhere from 25 – 100 yards and eliminated the mediocre performance that I was getting out of the A22 (with the factory trigger). The JARD trigger has a clean smooth consistent short take-up with a consistent and clean break (for the weight that is preset) and will greatly improve your results at the range if you do your part. The only thing I noted that could be improved on the JARD system is that there is not a spring assist designed into the magazine catch and so the magazine clip ejection is not as positive as the factory setup (which has a spring assist). However, that is a small exchange for a vastly improved trigger over the factory setup and magazine release and extraction still works satisfactory (magazine drops out instead of being ejected forcefully).

The JARD A22 trigger is definitely a 5 star trigger. I bought the one with a 2.5# trigger and it's perfect. Very little creep, a nice wall and an extremely crisp and smooth break. It is somewhat tedious to install but be patient and it goes together nicely. The two biggest complaints that I have are the high cost and the very long wait time for receiving it. But I knew that going into the purchase because it's very clear on Optic Planet's site. Overall, I'm very pleased with my purchase.

No complaints with this trigger; its a definite upgrade over factory trigger. It is a bit on the pricey side, but its the only option for aftermarket trigger so what ya gonna do? Trigger did require a bit of fitting but wasnt difficult. Overall I'd recommend it.

Compared to the Savage A17 stock trigger this is a definite improvement. Easy install and way better trigger pull. The only problem I had was the extractor at the front of the trigger had poked through the box it was in and got bent pretty bad. I was able to straighten it good enough so hopefully it works correctly. If not I’ll be emailing Jard customer service. Yes it is a little expensive, but Optics Planet had the best price so I said why not. Can’t wait to get it to the range.

It fits very well and gave me the required light sensitive trigger pull.BUT goes to full auto. I didn't buy it to get a machine gun. Two trigger pulls fires all 10 rounds. Took it to a gun repair shop hopefully he can fix it. Don't bother to buy this
