I read the reviews of the Mimtac, and figured I would give it a try for my new build. It certainly punches well above its price point. 1. It works, and it works safely (at least with my system and workmanship) 2. The break is very early in the pull and is very consistent at 2.5-2.7 lbs. 3. The rest is positive. 4. I did not have any compatibility issues and install was easy, pretty much like all other cassette triggers I have installed. 5. The hammer drop energy maybe alittle light but it works so far. In summary, this is a very good trigger. Will give it time to see how it holds up.

I installed this trigger per directions and have fired a couple hundred through it. It’s an amazing trigger. Don’t let the price fool you or the bad reviews. Those are mostly from people who didn’t follow the directions and tighten the set screws in the trigger. Solid trigger, great feel would buy another in a second.

Great trigger, but not for any one who is not really a competitor. reset is automatic, not tactile. there is no take up at all. scary. double taps will happen. all the time..seriously not for anyone who is just a casual shooter. I love it but I have been competeing for years. on only one firearm..

Unbeatable for the price. Break is good, reset is instant. Total motion involved from pull to reset is extremely short.
