BX-trigger is probably the best low cost upgrade to the 10-22. Mine has a pull weight of just under 3 lbs, much better than the factory trigger. Only con is that it does have a good bit of creep before it breaks. One last good thing is that you feel you need more you can send it off to Brimstone Gunsmithing and for an additional $85+/- you can get a fantastic trigger and still be under the cost of a lot of the aftermarket units

Working on the ruger 10/22 is super easy and this trigger is no different. Installing this trigger was simple and it definitely makes a difference in trigger pull. I got the red version and it looks awesome.

This is my second BX-trigger and it works well. The trigger pull is smooth and works well for amateur target shooting. I have not shot a high dollar trigger but feel this is satisfying enough for fun shooting. Installation is easy, just do not pull trigger until unit is installed.

My brother had a 10/22 and I always wanted one. I got myself one a few years back but it never impressed me, just wasn't the tack driver i remember my brothers was. Well a couple weeks ago I had it out to sight in a scope I'd added to it and it dawned on me the factory trigger was horrible. Optics Planet had the BX triggers for a great price and it's a shooter now, get one you'll love it.

For the money I don't think this trigger can be beat. By reducing the weight of the trigger pull it has tightened up my groups a little bit. I am still old school and prefer metal but I will see how all these synthetics hold up. THANKS

After moving from a bolt gun back to the 10/22, I noticed how stiff the trigger really was. This was an affordable upgrade that can be peformed by a novice. The trigger still has some room for improvement, but no complaints for the price!
