Trigger is crisp and clean. The reset is clean too. Replacing the mil spec teigger with this one turned my AR into a completely different beast, the take up is super short and younfeel that wall, then 2 more lbs of pull and you get a crisp n clean break. Highly recomend this trigger if your looking for accuracy.

I already have a single stage Timney 667S on one of my Colt M4's that is very crisp and very consistent with the pull gauge and breaks like glass at three pounds. I wanted to try one of their two stage triggers for my other Colt M4. I think I'm going to like it. It has a very smooth and consistent first pull through the first stage with a significant stop then breaks like glass with a very light 2 pound second stage. It is also very consistent on the Hornady gauge. I actually like both triggers since each of my M4 carbines are configured for different types of shooting. One has a Leupold 18x scope for punching paper out to 300 yards and the other is set up with an Aimpoint for quick target acquisition of varmints for popping jackrabbits and coyotes out to 50 to 100 yards or so. Shooting beyond that range at live targets is a waste of time, I don't care what the braggarts say.

I'm very pleased with the improved trigger pull and control on this Timney trigger. It has a solid "resting" point after the first stage, and the second stage pull is super consistent and just about the perfect weight for me. This makes for quick, accurate follow-up shots. It's a smooth trigger and was a fairly easy replacement job on the Ruger 556. All the necessary pins and instructions were included, although I might add that using a punch to align the holes for the pins and then following the punch out as you push in the pin is a big help. All-in-all, I'm completely happy with this upgrade and highly recommend this trigger.

It feels crisp and accurate when pulling the trigger. The two original trigger pins are loose. I called the manufacture, who responded immediately and solved my issue. Optics expert is useless who suggested I return the trigger back.

This is my 3rd Timney Targa from Optics Planet. Great trigger, great price and fast shipping. This is the best value out there when it comes to triggers. If you like a clean and crisp break, this is the one to get.

Good trigger, gotta break it in a little to smooth out the break but once you do that she is wonderful! Good first amd second stage solid fir, i put this one in a dpms lr-308 lower and it worked out great.
