Put this in my M&P full-size competition gun and I am totally satisfied. It's actually about 2.5lbs trigger pull. Absolutely love the pull, the reset, and the flat face.Easier to stay on target. Reduces trigger jerk. Definitely recommend it.

This trigger makes an incredible difference from stock and stock wasn't bad.Buy it, you will not be sorry. Optics Planet has best price and installation was very easy without need for a gunsmith, at least it was for me. Just be careful first time out as it does pull a lot easier, so get used to it. Optics Planet shipped as quick as possible. Very happy and would/will buy again.

I’m not giving 5 stars because I did have to polish the plunger to operate freely, at first installing the plunger was too tight. A little dremel polish solved the issue. After going to the range, trigger is suuuuper light and crispy. No issues, I would buy again.

I installed this on my M2.0 10MM and was highly impressed. The installation was extremely easy. They give you the tools to make it easier. I would recommend using a rear sight tool for installing the safety plunger. My sights are extremely tight and using a punch was difficult even with a vise. After installing the Timney trigger i could tell how incredible the difference was. The crisp trigger and break is laughably awesome. Especially for a striker fired pistol. The break happens way before hitting the overtravel spot now, which makes the reset extremely short. Timney always impresses me! I wouldnt hesitate to purchase again.

First things first. I hated the trigger on my M&P 40. The curve was so extreme I would actually get a blister on my finger when firing large volumes of rounds. I have been wanting to replace it for some time. The Tunney trigger looked promising and the price point was great. The installation instructions and video were easy to follow and after a couple of simple operator error set backs, the trigger dropped right in. Using snap caps everything seemed to function properly and the trigger pull was light, about 3 lbs, and crisp. Took it to the range and after becoming more comfortable with the light trigger pull, I was extremely pleased with the results. I will need more time to become comfortable with it, but I look forward to any excuse to spend more time at the range. Highly recommend this trigger for your M&P 40.

Took my S&W M&P 2.0 from 5.8 lbs to 3.3 lbs . Smooth trigger pull , good reset , quite a bit of over travel . I didn't exchange the plunger because I'd already installed a red dot sight and trigger pull was very good without exchanging the old one . Took longer to install than Apex but was almost as good and still uses factory parts which is a huge plus as far as reliability goes . Also quite a bit less money . I'm pleased with Timney trigger .
