The Rem 700 Primary is the ideal upgrade to improve accuracy and precision on any Remington 700 model rifle. Featuring TriggerTech’s Frictionless Release Technology, this drop-in trigger provides a true zero-creep break, extremely short over-travel and offers outstanding reliability, even in the harshest environments. Utilizing CLKR Technology, the pull weight is quickly and confidently adjusted from 1.5 – 4.0 lbs in 1oz increments from an externally accessible set screw. Due to the exceptionally crisp break, most shooters report the pull weights feeling ~0.5lbs lighter than a friction based trigger of the same measured pull weight. Frictionless Release Technology, along with hardened 440C stainless steel internal components ensure corrosion resistance and an extended service life. As Frictionless Release Technology does not rely on coating, polishing or lubricating the key engagement surfaces, trigger pulls will be more consistent from shot to shot and after thousands of shots more than you ever thought possible. All pull weights and measurements are approximate. Pull weights of TriggerTech Triggers are directly impacted by firing pin spring weight. Overweight firing pin springs may cause pulls weights to vary above the advertised range Specifications for Triggertech Remington 700 Primary Independence Day Rifle Trigger: Manufacturer: Triggertech Color: Black Fabric/Material: 440C Stainless Steel Trigger Shape: Curved Trigger Pull Weight: 1.5 – 4 lb Hand: Right Gun Make: Remington Gun Model: Remington Model 700 Features of Triggertech Remington 700 Primary Independence Day Rifle Trigger White laser engraving with an Independence Day theme Package Contents: Triggertech Remington 700 Primary Independence Day Rifle Trigger

I like the click adjustments. Adjusted down to 2 lb easily with very repeatable response. The curved trigger bow is similar in width to the stock X-Mark Pro, but has a slight ridge down the middle. I assume this is to help guide the shooter to pull straight back. I am used to the wide trigger bow of a Timney Elite Hunter, so it feels like my finger pad is balancing on the ridge of the Triggertech. This trigger breaks more consistently than the Timney from what I can tell.

Installed on a Rem 721 build. Triggertech was very helpful in providing suggestions on how to bend the safety to fit this action. Trigger provides an excellent pull and is easily adjustable. Easy installation. Very satisfied with the result.

My Remington 700 ML was covered under the Remington recall and was sent back to have the faulty trigger replaced. The replacement trigger from the recall was not adjustable and had a pull of over 6 lbs. This is way too much for hunting in my opinion. I wanted something closer to 4 lbs to be more consistent with my other hunting rifle. After doing some research online and reading other reviews I decided to purchase the Triggertech. Installation was quick and easy, took only 20 minutes and is a fantastic improvement over the XMark trigger that it replaced. Safety works easily and the trigger is now 4 lbs with no creep. It breaks very cleanly. If I need another trigger in the future it will be a Triggertech.

Triggertech continues to be a quality trigger option for the Remington 700. Although there are quite a few replacement triggers for the Remington 700, the choice for a reliable trigger weight & a crisp break, has narrowed down to Triggertech for me.

The trigger was easy to install, and the instructions were good. I like the way the trigger adjusts without removing the action from the stock. My problem is that the outside of the box states "No Creep" in huge block letters, but there was just a bit of creep. It's manageable, but noticeable. This trigger was for a relatively lightweight sporter gun (Remington 700). If this had been for my target rifle, I would have been pretty disappointed. I put a Timney on it, and it truly has No Creep.Bottom line: – was it worth it, yes. Low cost and easy to install. It was definitely more consistent (and safe) than the factory Remington trigger – Is it as good as or better than a timney? No.

The install was easy the adjustments are positive with a click type adjustment I am overall pleased with this trigger the only complaint is the shipping method they offer free shipping but I would have upgraded from usps to ups or fedex usps has a habit of letting items set for a week no matter how much you pay for shipping
