Utilizing CLKR Technology, and some additional hand refinements, the pull weight these Triggertech Bolt Action Rifle Triggers is quickly and confidently adjusted from 1.0 – 3.5 lbs in 0.0625lb increments from an externally accessible set screw. Due to the exceptionally crisp break, most shooters report the pull weights feeling 0.5lbs lighter than a friction based trigger of the same measured weight. Just like the Primary model, this drop-in trigger provides a true zero-creep break, extremely short overtravel and offers outstanding reliability, even in the harshest environments. Frictionless Release Technology, along with hardened 440C stainless steel internal components ensure this TriggerTech R700 Special Rifle Trigger provides excellent corrosion resistance and an extended service life. As Frictionless Release Technology does not rely on coating, polishing or lubricating the key engagement surfaces, trigger pulls from this TriggerTech Rem 700 Special Trigger will be more consistent from shot to shot and after thousands of shots than you ever thought possible. This is a great trigger. Very smooth and it has no creep. I also have Timney trigger and I like this one better. I use it on a Remington 700 in the 7 mm caliber mainly for varmint hunting. It is so much better than the original trigger. I would definitely recommend this trigger for a great upgrade.

This Trigger is great. I love the smooth and crisp release. I would recommend it. I use it for a 7 magnum and I like the ease of adjusting and the lack of creep. I also have a Timney and I like this one better.

Dropped this baby in my Bergara B14-HMR 6.5 Creedmoor and although the factory trigger is very good to excellent this one certainly raises the bar. After shooting today at the range the difference was quite noticeable as the decreased pressure required to pull thru the breaking point affords me the ability to keep the reticle virtually motionless aiding in improved consistency and tighter groups during BR practice/training sessions. Looking forward to utilizing this enhancement for an upcoming winter shoot competition (January thru March) in Northern WI and will have to determine what will be crisper, the trigger or the air!

This isn’t my first Triggertech, I put the AR model in my Rock River Arms 20” precision and I couldn’t be happier. The Triggertech 700 Special went in my Bergara B14r which already had a descent trigger but the Special just clicked it up a notch. It’s set at 15ozs with no take up and a crisp break and makes those one shot groups much easier.

This trigger was incredibly easy to install and to adjust. Simplicity at its finest. I am new to Trigger Tech items and was introduced by a Canadian friend who is sponsored by them. He assured me I would like it and WOW was he right. Crisp and precise break every time . I really like the straight triggers and have them in all my “Match” rifles. It gives me a precise finger placement every time which is important for PRS style shooting. I now own 3 of Triggertech triggers. Anyone that buys one will positively be happy with it.
