Dramatically improved the weight of the trigger and the accuracy of the gun. Can tell a real difference when dry firing with snap caps with my red dot sight. Assembly is not as easy as they make it out to be and I had to get a little help with one of the last steps. Overall, I highly recommend this trigger

I recently bought a new Ruger Mark 4 22/45 Target as a cheaper compliment to shoot to my 9mm's. A group of guys that all shoot various Mk4's recommended the Volquartsen kit so I ordered a stainless one, didn't need stainless but the bright trigger looks cool! Had a local Smith install it for what I thought was a very reasonable $60. What a difference, the real results were when shooting a 10 shot group at whatever distance the crisp 1.5lb release eliminated those 1 or 2 pesky strays that always ruined a good consistent group. I'm now having one installed in my other favorite range gun a CZ-75b and can't wait to see the results for it. I will say, I would hesitate installing a trigger kit in a gun that may double as a carry gun, theirs a reason cops and military use Glocks with a long heavy pull.

This was the most difficult part I ever installed and is also probably the most important part as well. I watched a couple of videos that completed the installation in 18 and 28 minutes, I took closer to three hours as I kept going back to see where the parts should be placed. Afterward, I found an Installation video that showed the minute detail I was looking for and it is an hour and a half long.

This was placed into my Ruger Mark IV Target Pistol. It made me more accurate of a shot than I already was. I used YouTube on how to install it and it was not difficult. If you want to shoot better, then consider this upgrade. It makes shooting a pistol even more fun.

The kit is easy to install following the Volquartsen online video. The kit eliminates the 5# trigger pull, now 2.25# per Wheelee pull scale, reduced pre and post trigger travel while smoothing the pull. I’ve used similar kit in MKIII with similar results. Highly recommended
