Blackout Defense Sig MCX Zero Trigger

The Blackout Defense Zero trigger is a short reset, single-stage, drop-in trigger that provides a zero-creep break with zero over-travel and a sub 2mm (0.070in) tactical reset. As a result of its zero excess travel and short reset design, most shooters perceive the factory set pull weight as being lighter than other leading triggers of the same measured weight. The internal components are EDM-cut from A2 and S7 tool steel that are hardened to 55-60 HRC for maximum toughness. The pull-weight and disconnector set screws are also laser welded for safety and a lifetime of use. Internal component finishes include black nitride and multiple titanium nitride. The black nitride finish enhances corrosion resistance and adds lubricity to the contacting surfaces. The multiple titanium nitride finish is applied via plasma vapor deposition (PVD) and then hand polished for unrivaled surface hardness and crispness.
