The ELF SAVAGE 110 SE Precision Rifle Trigger is the pinnacle of drop-in trigger systems for the Savage 110 and Axis precision rifles. It is infinitely adjustable from less than 1.25lbs to over 4lbs. This trigger has the incredible feel and crisp break that ELF triggers are known for even at the highest weight. One of the unique and proprietary features of this trigger, Aerospace grade roller bearings are key to the consistency and smoothness of the pull. The bearings are press fit into the EDM wire cut trigger bar, and the precision ground shaft is press fit into the bearings. This results in absolutely no play in any components. The trigger shoe is aluminum and easily adjustable. Available anodized red or black. This trigger is awesome! The installation was super easy and the adjustable trigger shoe is awesome to get the perfect placement for your trigger finger for those precise long range shots. Any rifle with a factory trigger would be made better with this trigger!

*****THIS TRIGGER WAS SUCCESSFULLY INSTALLED ON A SAVAGE 220 TIRKEY BOLT ACTION SHOTGUN.*****REASONS: Purchased this trigger for two specific reasons: 1. Absolutely do not like the feel of the release lever in the stock AccuTrigger. 2. Lighter trigger pull in the 1.25-2 lbs range with no take up. In these regards, the Elftmann Tactical SE Precision Rifle trigger corrected these particular dislikes of mine. Installed in the factory Savage AccuStock with no need to remove any plastic stock material for good fit and free range of motion of the trigger arm. NOTE: Please note that the “fat” (wide) trigger shoe does NOT fit through the trigger guard and needs to be installed after the trigger/receiver/barrel assembly are reinstalled into the AccuStock. Simple process. PERFORMANCE: The combination of the FLAT Elf trigger shoe and a 2-lbs trigger pull proved to be fantastic from 20 different shots of hand loaded 3-inch 20GA TSS size 9 shot. Good clean trigger with just a VERY slight hint of “pre-movement” as the factory sear climbs the Elftmann notch on the trigger arm. Inspection during repeated trigger pulls reveals that the “step” on the sear notch of the Elftmann trigger arm is slightly taller than that on the factory Savage AccuTrigger’s arm. The effect to the shooter IS felt as pre-movement prior to the sear completing its travel and the firearm discharging (very, very slight but present nonetheless). SAFETY: at the lowest setting, I was unable to slam fire OR drop the stock and induce an unintentional discharge. All said, I feel this is the best option for replacing the Savage AccuTrigger on a Savage 220 Turkey model smoothbore shotgun.

I purchased this trigger for a Savage mod 12 BVSS. on arrival, I found that the trigger had several major issues.- It would not adjust down to the stated minimum weight-it was CRUNCHY . Very crunchy. You can hear it as you squeeze.-The trigger shoe itself must be removed nd reinstalled every time you remove the action from it's stock as it is too fat to fit through the trigger guard slot- the trigger shoe attaches by the smallest hex screw I've ever seen. The screw must be tightened HARD or the trigger slips. That screw is already partially stripped after removing it 4-5 times. I have no doubt it would get stuck on the trigger (which means the rifle action is stuck in the stock) with much more use. I now have to use it without the shoe.- I sent it back to Elftman for inspection /service. That cost me money but worst of all. They fixed/changed nothing on the trigger.

Very good trigger. Easy to install and adjust. Just need to put a jam nut on adjustment screw for added safety otherwise awesome trigger
Dissatisfied elfman customer –
My Savage 110 had a stock accutrigger that I wasn't a fan of at the time, the blade was annoying to me at first. So I decided to "upgrade" to the elfman. Upon installation and testing the trigger, it felt gritty and jumpy. The rear spring pin doesn't reset correctly and locks up, causing the sear to miss and not properly set in the trigger which could be dangerous. I decided to reinstall the accutrigger before even putting the stock back on the gun. This is an inferior garage product
