The Hiperfire AR-47 MK1 Single Stage 2lb Short Pull Trigger is a drop-in replacement for the standard AR-47 trigger which is considered one of the best single stage triggers on the market. When installing a Hiperfire trigger the safety is only engaged when the shooter pulls the trigger back, this enables the shooter to pin their sights on the front sight and only has to worry about acquiring the front sight and executing the shot. As most AR-47 shooters know, the second stage of the fire order is the most sensitive as it is the fire order, so a slight over-travel must be expected. With this in mind, Hiperfire designed a curved trigger surface that provides the smoothest and most predictable trigger break. Furthermore, this curved surface makes it extremely difficult to glare or skim the trigger with gloves which is something every shooter hates. The use of a curved trigger with outserts or over-travel springs the trigger instead of being pinched as with traditional AR-47’s. This causes the shot to be slightly more slack and harsh, but this is a very small issue you will experience. Easy install. Trigger pull was infact shorter with minimal creep and a more crisp break than my c39v2 trigger. The reset however is forever. Actually feels longer than the factory trigger. Side note- had to use the hyperfire safety because the factory safety would not engage.

I purchased this to use in my PSL. This trigger dropped in and functioned with no issues. My trigger pull gauge came in at 2.5lbs. Great improvement over the factory trigger, but there’s some creep and no defined wall. Make sure you order this with the adjustable ak47 selector lever that hiperfire sells, because without it your safety won’t work!All in all, for the price this is a great upgrade .

The trigger is light and crisp (not as good as an ALG but much less expensive) and has a similar length reset to mil spec trigger. Overall a pretty good AK trigger. You will want to smooth (file) out the bump (transition) on the hammer face just like you would an ALG because that angle will eat up your bolt carrier tail and cause excessive peening if you do not. I would put this trigger and the LBE Unlimited one as near equals for the money but the Hiperfire has a lighter pull.

While a good trigger, this system requires you to buy thier safety inorder to operate properly. I feel "hood winked" and will probably return this devise. Stay away from this and get something else!
