I started out with a polished mil-spec trigger that worked just fine. When I installed the kit there was a noticeable difference. Shorter, cleaner and lighter. I have mostly shot privi xm193 NATO and some off brand m855. No issues with light strikes so far (about 300rds). Would recommend.

I ordered several of this Item and I could not be more satisfied. I polished my Mil-Spec fire control group, put this Spring set in and went from a rough 7 lb pull, to a silky smooth 4.5 lb Trigger. Total cost…$10. I didn't want it any less than 4.5 lbs as I use it for Law Enforcement.

I bought this spring set for my MPX carbine gen 2 and they worked great. Made pulling the trigger much more pleasant than the super heavy stock aprings. I wouldn't recommend the weaker version of these springs as you may get light primer strikes.

This spring set will take your MIL spec trigger pull from six to ten pounds down to four-five. If you put it on a polished and nickel-plated FCG you end up with a greatly improved trigger and reset for around fifty bucks. These lighter springs do increase lock time (the time between the trigger pull and the hammer contacting the firing pin) with a MIL spec hammer which does negatively affect accuracy. But overall accuracy has been improved on every gun with MIL spec springs I've replaced with these. To get more accuracy potential from the FCG it takes a redesigned, non-MIL spec trigger like the Geissele SSA-E, JP Enterprises, etc., and that will cost 200 bucks and up. If you are happy with shooting two inch groups at a hundred yds. with good (American Eagle) bulk ammo then there's no need to spend that much money on a FCG. That is the accuracy limit of bulk ammo in all of my guns. If you're after the highest accuracy potential in you're gun with high quality ammo and good magnified optics then it will take the extra money on a new FCG design. This is the most economic FCG upgrade that I have experience with. It goes on every rifle I build now unless I go with a high-dollar FCG for a match or long distance hunting rifle build.

AR-15’s hate the cold, these springs don’t suck in the cold. All AR-15s/10s that use a DI system do. If you want to use these in the cold run a graphite/NON oil based lubricant designed for children environments. Other than that these work great I’m ordering more soon and these absolutely rock in my DMR setup regardless of temperature. I’ve used these in 105F to 32F no problem. (Adjust ammo and lube based on environment 😉

Awesome spring set. Lowers the pull weight of a milspec trigger. Clean crisp feel. The enhanced reliability hammer springs solves the issues of light primer strikes. Plug and play with confidence. Recommend this product for anyone looking to build a quality trigger at a fraction of the cost of a drop in.
