This is our PRP Trigger Kit for the Hellcat. It includes our sear, disconnector, striker safety, 2 different sear springs, a disconnector spring, and a striker safety spring. This combination helps to smooth and lighten the trigger pull. The sear and disconnector are CNC machined out of 440C stainless steel and heat treated to 53-56 RC. The striker safety is machined from 416 stainless steel that is also properly heat treated. The result is a smooth trigger pull from about 3.5 4.5 pounds depending on which spring combination you install. Now available with our Hybrid Trigger Shoe (HTS) upgrade option featuring an ergonomic blend of flat and curved faced trigger. Our PRP HTS trigger is made from 6061 T6 Aluminum that is precision machined and Class 3 hard anodized. It re-positions the reach of the trigger slightly to the rear for a more comfortable feel and positive interaction with the trigger safety. I can’t say enough good things about this trigger upgrade. Easy install with just a few punches. Trigger control is much smoother and lighter. I opted for the rolling trigger with the light weight spring. The aluminum trigger has a great quality feel. Best upgrade to my Hellcat!!!

I bought the Springfield Hellcat to be my daily concealed carry. However, I believe that the stock trigger on my Springfield Hellcat was defective out of the box. The trigger pull was extremely sticky and didn't reset smoothly or quickly at all. It felt like there was bubble gum preventing even a normal release of the trigger. Because of this, I decided against carrying it because I hated… HATED the stock trigger (I'm sure it was defective). After a year of on and off shooting my Hellcat and trying to break the gun/trigger in, it still felt exactly the same as it did from day one.Rather than send it to Springfield and have them fix the trigger, I decided to purchase the Powder River Precision PRP Trigger upgrade kit to just swap out the entire thing. After installation, I could tell just by dry-firing my Hellcat that the trigger issue had been resolved and was SIGNIFICANTLY better. I confirmed the drastic improvement in the trigger pull with live fire at the range shortly thereafter.My Hellcat has since become my main concealed carry. My accuracy has noticeably gotten better with this trigger and my Hellcat is not a reliable carry pistol since the addition of this trigger kit. I'm very happy with it and the red accent on the trigger gives the pistol just the subtlest flare.

It’s my first time upgrading a trigger on any pistol. The PRP installation video helped a lot and the actual trigger pull shows a huge difference now. Shipping was pretty fast, even faster than most of my Ama*** purchases. I’m thrilled about the overall experience and especially the product.
