I have this trigger and one for my shield .40. Apex triggers are always awesome! They shorten the take up and provide a crisp break and reset. While Apex isn't the lightest trigger out there it feels a couple pounds lighter than stock. Made of metal and feels solid. Took me longer to break down and reassemble the glock than it did to put the trigger in. If you do get confused there are a couple of great videos on you tube. I have about 100 rounds on the glock Apex trigger and probably a couple thousand on the shield. Not. One. Issue. Do yourself a favor and install one of these. You won't regret it!

Apex Action Enhancement Trigger Kit for the Gen 5 Glock 17/34 is an excellent cost effective trigger improvement to the Glock Gen 5 17/34 trigger. You get the Flat Faced Trigger, Trigger Bar and the Trigger Connector. Note that I am using the Glock factory springs. This kit has a lighter trigger pull weight around 1+ pounds. No mushy take up or stacking at the wall. Breaks clean and has a very short re-set. My first APEX trigger and the quality is extremely good.

This is the first Glock I’ve owned in a long time. It’s a great basic package but with all the aftermarket parts, can easily be modified into a top-shelf weapon. The Apex trigger is one of the best improvements i’ve made to date. I prefer the feel of a flat trigger. The pull is smooth and reset is very clean. A huge improvement over the original Glock design.

I shoot a good bit. The factory trigger shoe on every Glock I have ever owned was painful to my finger after a 500 round day at the range. Therefore every Glock I own has an aftermarket trigger in it. The Apex trigger enhancement kit kills two birds with one stone. The trigger shoe is flat and comfortable. The ergonomics are excellent. The Apex connector is polished to a mirror finish and is an excellent addition to any Glock. The system is super easy to install and provides an excellent trigger pull. This should be Glock's factory trigger.

I got this trigger to replace the horrible stock trigger in my Glock 19. I love it. It has a nice reset, less creep, and just feels better than the stock trigger. Only gets four stars because the connector, after it was installed, would make the trigger not function. I swapped it out with the stock connector and it works like a charm. I called Apex and their customer service was excellent. Not only did the guy walk me through what to do but he also sent me a new connector to try out. That connector didn’t work either so I just kept the stock Glock connector in the pistol. Overall it’s a great trigger so I’d say purchase if you’re on the fence.

If you own a Glock this is one of two things that I consider a must. The other being the sights. This trigger will get rid off of the horrible mush that Glock triggers have while also cutting down the trigger by about a pound. It might not seem like much but it does create a more consistent feel. If you want a competition trigger this is not the trigger for you.
